The Armenian parliament responded to the letter of the Russian Federation Council regarding the chairman's statements about Russia.

Axar.az reports that this was said by the Speaker of the Armenian Parliament, Alen Simonyan.

According to Simonyan, he knows what answer was given to the Russian side, but he will not reveal the details:

“I know, but I won't talk about it. This is about me. I am responsible for my statements, words and what I say on the spot. Whatever I said, I said it right, and I am ready to repeat it."

It should be noted that Alen Simonyan, during his speech at the conference of parliament chairmen of the EU countries, said that he confirmed that Armenia resolutely defends the territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as Moldova, Georgia, Cyprus and all other countries, and called Russia an invader. After that, the Russian State Duma sent a request to the Armenian Parliament.
