Russia wanted to disrupt the Swiss summit

Russia tried to block the peace summit in Switzerland because it wanted Ukraine to surrender. But that will never happen.

Axar.az reports that Rishi Sunak, the Prime Minister of Great Britain, said this.

Sunak said that Russia wanted to disrupt the peace summit because it felt threatened by the discussion of the principles of international law.

"We have to ask: why does Russia consider the summit, where the basic principles of territorial integrity, food and nuclear security are discussed, to be such a threat to itself?"

Sunak noted that Ukraine will never surrender, because aggression cannot win.
