The cease-fire agreement in the Gaza Strip proposed by US President Joe Biden and agreed by the Israeli side will allow the release of hostages held in the enclave without harming the goals of the military operation.

Axar.az reports that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said this.

"The plan agreed upon for Israel and proposed by President Biden would allow Israel to return the abductees without compromising the other objectives of the military operation.

"Any agreement must allow Israel to resume military operations and fight until all the objectives of the operation in the enclave are achieved, including eliminating the military and command capabilities of the radical Hamas movement and ensuring that Gaza is safe for Israel," the prime minister said.
