Whether Ukraine will be allowed to use long-range Western rockets to strike Russia will depend on individual countries.

Axar.az reports that NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said this in an interview with the LBC television channel.

'These decisions are ones that the individual members of the alliance must make, but it is important for us to consult closely on these issues,' he said.

At the same time, he emphasized that there are no risk-free options in war.

'There is a large-scale war initiated by Moscow in Europe, but I believe that the biggest risk for us would be President Putin's victory in Ukraine.'
