Russia calls on the Uzbek side to make a legal assessment and take action on the material published in the media about the ill-treatment of a Russian-speaking child in a Tashkent school.

Axar.az reports that this was said by the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Maria Zakharova.

"The content of the video cannot but cause too much concern," said the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

It should be noted that in Tashkent, images were spread about a teacher beating a schoolboy who demanded to pass the Russian language lesson in Russian.
