Li Hi Yon, a member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of North Korea, who is on a visit to Russia, met with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Kremlin on February 27.

Axar.az reports that this information was provided by the Korean Central News Agency.

It was noted that during the meeting, Putin asked Li Hi Yon to convey his warm greetings and best wishes to North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.

Li Hi Yon, in turn, delivered Kim Jong Un’s "military greeting."

Putin stated that Kim Jong Un pays great attention to the development of cooperation between the two countries.
