To ensure Europe’s security, countries in the region must increase their defense budgets and expand military production.

Axar.az, citing Reuters, reports that NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte stated this.

"We will have to spend more to ensure our security. We also need to rapidly increase our defense production on both sides of the Atlantic," he emphasized.

It is worth noting that European countries are trying to increase defense spending and maintain support for Ukraine, especially in light of U.S. President Donald Trump's decision to halt military aid to Kyiv.
