In the first quarter of 2025, Armenia was visited by 386,741 tourists — 47,684 fewer than during the same period in 2024.

Axar.az informs this was reported by Armenia’s Tourism Committee.

Russia traditionally holds the leading position in terms of arrivals — 142,846 Russian citizens visited the country, accounting for 37% of the total tourist flow.

Next on the list are Georgia (58,248 tourists) and Iran (34,344). The top five countries of origin also include the Philippines and India — with 7,151 (2%) and 5,994 (1.5%) visits, respectively.
