Syrian Airlines has made its first flight to Istanbul in 12 years.

Axar.az reports that the plane, which took off from Damascus International Airport, was headed to Istanbul Airport.

It should be noted that Damascus-Istanbul flights, which were suspended after the start of the civil war in Syria, have been restored after 12 years.
