Moscow wants to maintain a partnership and allied relationship with Baku and believes that all disagreements should be resolved constructively.

Axar.az reports, citing TASS, this was stated by Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov at a briefing.

“We still believe that logic points to only one thing: Russia and Azerbaijan are and must remain close partners, allies, and countries united by a shared history, a shared present, and a shared future. Any issues that arise must, without a doubt, be resolved constructively — in a way that reflects the overall spirit of our bilateral relations,” said the Kremlin representative.
