Moscow and Kyiv may begin discussions on a meeting between the presidents of Russia and Ukraine - Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelensky - after the exchange of prisoners of war and the bodies of servicemen by the Istanbul agreements.

Axar.az reports that Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky said this.

“The agreements reached in Istanbul should be finalized at the second meeting. I think that appropriate steps will be taken soon. Only after that can the teams discuss the leaders' meeting,” he said.
