Pashinian has successfully "played" for a while throughout the country and in the international arena, but now it does not have the opportunity to give the Armenian people the bread they want. Therefore, nobody wants to help him.

Russian political analyst Oleg Kuznetsov said this during his comment on the meeting of President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's Vienna meeting to Axar.az. The political scientist said that Pashinyan is between two options:

"The merger of opposition forces in Armenia is a totally natural, objective process and fully corresponds to the general law on the life of a political society. So I do not see anything surprising here. Since May last year, I say only one thing since Pashinian seized power in Armenia: Pashinian is a populist, demagogic and always the leader of population that needs only the mass of bread and circus, as it was in the ancient Roman times. Kocharian-Sarkisyan, the Karabakh clan, which was overthrown in April-May of the previous year, nowadays is with their weakest supporters. They do this to take revenge on the new government. Given all this, it should be understood that in the foreign policy, the Karabakh clan is always loyal to the pro-Russian position, and the Pashinian clan is obviously American sided"

Kuznetsov noted that to say in chess language Pashinyan is in susvang position at the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, and every move worsens its position:

"I am sure that he knows this well and because of this he suggests obvious ideas such as "Direct dialogue on peace treatment with Azerbaijanian people". Pashinian is currently desperate both in domestic and foreign policy. Something similar to that took place 100 years ago - in February-March 1918, during a separate debate with Bolsheviks' fighter opposition in Brest-Litovsk. At that time, the head of the Soviet Russia delegation proposed the theory of "neither war nor peace", and it is obvious for all of us that how it has ended: German soldiers attacked and arrived in Georgia. After that, the Bolsheviks signed a peace treaty in their entirety of unfavorable conditions. I am afraid that on March 29, we will see something similar in the course of the meetings and results of the Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents"
