I don't think that leaders will gain any improvement on Karabakh debates in Vienna.

Stanislav Tarasov told this to Axar.az during his comment about Vienna meeting on Karabakh conflict.

According to analyst, if officially attention paid to foreign signs, even a small tip can’t be seen amid productive dialogue:

“But from my point of view, in these conditions two leaders develop personal relations, try to dynamise the talking processes. It seems that, there is a deal between presidents and that is the reason of silence for them. Secondable is that, making personal contacts without the help of OSCE’s Minsk group results positively. Dushanbe is the example of this. That’s why, this time Aliyev-Pashinyan meeting has an independent meaning”

There will be meeting on Karabakh conflict between President Ilham Aliyev and Nikol Pashinyan in Vienna on 29 March.
