Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated that the text of the peace agreement with Azerbaijan has been finalized.

Axar.az reports that he made the remarks during a speech in parliament.

“To claim that all issues have been resolved, that no problems remain, and that peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan is untroubled would be an exaggeration. This conflict has spanned decades, much blood has been shed, and the wounds remain fresh,” the minister added.

Mirzoyan also said that hostility is gradually diminishing in the rhetoric of both societies, as well as among the authorities and representatives of Armenia and Azerbaijan.
