Pezeshkian thanks Azerbaijan for support in phone call

In a conversation with my brother Ilham Aliyev, I expressed my appreciation for the sympathy and support shown by the Azerbaijani government and people.

Axar.az reports that Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian shared this on X regarding his phone call with President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.

“Friendly and brotherly nations find each other in hard times, and the deeper the civilizational roots, the stronger this bond,” Pezeshkian said.
