Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan discuss strategic partnership

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov held a phone conversation with Uzbek Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov.

Axar.az reports that Saidov shared details of the conversation on his X account.

Saidov said that the two sides discussed the current state and prospects for the further development of the strategic partnership and alliance between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan, as well as exchanged views on the schedule of upcoming events at various levels.

“Particular attention was paid to further deepening cooperation in trade, economic, investment, transport and logistics, energy, and other areas of mutual interest. The conversation also covered other issues on the bilateral and multilateral agenda of mutual interest.”
