Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov held a telephone conversation with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.

Axar.az reports, citing Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry, that the ministers discussed issues related to the Azerbaijan–Turkiye alliance, the agenda of the two countries' strategic partnership, as well as cooperation and coordination within international and regional organizations.

The ministers emphasized that the high-level political dialogue and mutual support between the two brotherly countries remain the cornerstone of bilateral relations. They also underscored the importance of maintaining close cooperation across all areas of mutual interest.

The phone call also included an exchange of views on the regional security situation, developments in the post-conflict period, and ongoing efforts to ensure lasting peace and stability in the region.
