Yerevan committed sabotage on the border and accused Russia

Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, accused Russia of not stopping the incident near the village of Nerkin-Hand.

Axar.az reports that the Armenian press published information about this.

"Regarding the recent incident in the direction of the village of Nerkin-Hand, you know that the EU mission does not have access there, only Russia has access there. Russia could not prevent the incident," he said.

In response to Moscow's criticism of the EU, he said that "the reality is different":

"It is clear that the civilian mission of the EU plays a stabilizing role. We fully support their activities and will continue to do so."

Grigoryan did not answer the question "why the EU mission does not have access to the part near the village of Nerkin-Hand".
