We also demonstrated our strength to them with the anti-terrorist operation of several hours in which we put an end to separatism. We still have no ill will towards Armenia. We have no claim to their territory, but they must understand that these weapons will not help them. Second, it is dangerous, and I must warn them, as well as those who are behind them and manipulating them, that it is indeed dangerous, and that they should listen to what I have to say. It's just words and we know how they can change their minds. In 2019, they said that "Karabakh is Armenia" and this prompted the start of the war. Now they say "Karabakh is Azerbaijan".

I don't know, maybe in five years, when they are provided with deadly weapons, they will say again that "Karabakh is Armenia". What do we do? We cannot wait," said the President.
