The post-Cold War international system has already ceased to exist, and the US has lost its hegemonic status.
Axar.az reports that this was stated by the head of European Union diplomacy, Josep Borrell.
"The international system we lived in after the Cold War ceased to exist, America lost its hegemonic status, and the post-1945 world order is collapsing," Borrell stressed.
He said that against the background of all this, the role of the EU and Great Britain should be defined:
"But it will depend on how we respond to the growing threats. It is urgent as we hear warnings that Europe could 'die'."
