Nar conducts career development training for students of AzTU

Mobile operator Nar, known for its affordable offers, has implemented another project aimed at developing professional talent in the country. Within the frame of the partnership that has been ongoing for more than 10 years, Nar has organized a career planning training for students of Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU).

Axar.az informs that during the training, students of Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) discussed career opportunities in the mobile communications sector, key requirements for young specialists, as well as ways to adapt to the rapidly changing digital environment. Within the program, participants gained knowledge on CV writing, preparing motivation letters, and successfully passing job interviews. Nar representatives also shared their experience with students on the importance of such professional qualities as effective communication, result orientation, a responsible attitude, and teamwork.

The training, organized in an interactive format, also addressed students’ questions about the telecommunications sector, the internal processes of a mobile operator, and available internship programs. At the end of the session, participants received certificates from Nar confirming their participation in the training. Students who demonstrated outstanding performance during the program were awarded valuable gifts from Nar.

Currently serving 2.2 million customers, Nar has been the leading mobile operator in Azerbaijan for the past six years based on the Net Promoter Score. This achievement stems from Nar’s consistently customer-centric strategy, offering users reliable and high-quality communication services, affordable tariffs, diverse internet packages, and innovative eSIM technology.
