In Azerbaijan, light drizzle is expected intermittently on November 28.

Axar.az informs according to the National Hydrometeorology Service, the weather in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula will be partly cloudy, occasionally overcast, and mostly dry. However, there is a chance of light drizzle in some suburban areas in the morning. The northwest wind will shift to a northeast direction during the day.

Night temperatures will range from 7 to 10°C, while daytime temperatures will be 14 to 17°C. Atmospheric pressure will be around 770 mmHg, with relative humidity at 80–85% at night and 65–70% during the day.

In other regions of Azerbaijan, the weather is expected to be mostly dry. However, some eastern districts may experience light drizzle and occasional fog during the night and morning. A mild east wind will blow.

Night temperatures will range from 5 to 9°C, and daytime temperatures from 13 to 16°C. In the mountains, temperatures will range from -2 to 3°C at night, and 7 to 11°C during the day.
