A protocol on the Azerbaijan-Turkiye V Energy Forum has been signed between Baku and Ankara.

Axar.az reports that the document was signed by Azerbaijan’s Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov and Turkiye’s Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar.

The 5th Azerbaijan-Turkiye Energy Forum was held in Baku today. The forum addressed hydrocarbons and petrochemicals, energy efficiency, the electricity market, renewable energy, regulation, mining, and other areas.

It should be noted that the first forum was held in Baku on December 21-22, 2021; the second in Istanbul on October 5-6, 2022; the third in Nakhchivan on September 28-29, 2023; and the fourth in Izmir on September 4, 2025.
