The decision of the President: ANAMA was abolished

President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to abolish the Azerbaijan Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) under the State Commission for Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of Occupied and Damaged Territories as a Result of Military Operations.

Axar.az reports that the Cabinet of Ministers has been instructed to resolve the issues arising from the order.

It should be noted that the Azerbaijan Mine Action Agency was established by a decree signed by the President. The Mine Action Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan is the legal successor of the National Agency for Mine Action of the Republic of Azerbaijan, its rights and obligations, as well as property are transferred to the Agency.
