Turkish company filed a lawsuit: response from the MoD

Ministry of Defense of Turkey "Öztek Tekstil Terbiye A.Ş." did not sign any sales contract with the company.

In some mass media, Turkey's Öztek Tekstil Terbiye A.Ş. false information was spread by the company about the alleged debt claim against the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Istanbul court.

We inform you that the Ministry of Defense has not concluded any purchase and sale agreement with the mentioned company. The information spread by people of unknown nationality regarding the alleged filing of a lawsuit against the Ministry has no real basis, is false and has the character of disinformation. They are trying to cast a shadow on the activities of the Ministry of Defense with such false information.
