GUAM to monitor polls

The observation mission of GUAM will monitor the extraordinary parliamentary elections to be held in Azerbaijan on September 1.

Axar.az was informed about this by the secretariat of GUAM.

It was noted that the delegation, which will consist of 5 people, includes GUAM Secretary General Altay Efendiyev, Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada deputy Mikhail Papiyev, Georgian Parliament deputy David Matikashvili, as well as GUAM Secretariat program coordinators Sabuhi Tamirov and Teymuraz Kiladze.

The GUAM observation mission will issue a report on the election results after the voting.
