Rustam Minnikhanov, head of the Russian Republic of Tatarstan, arrived in Baku on a business trip on December 16.

Axar.az reports that according to the information provided with reference to the press service of the head of the republic, the visit is being carried out at the invitation of the Azerbaijani side.

At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, Rustam Minnikhanov was welcomed by Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan Mikayil Jabbarov and Russian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mikhail Yevdokimov.

R. Minnikhanov's program includes visits to a number of enterprises, as well as official meetings and business negotiations.
