As the West Azerbaijan Community, we note with regret that the United States ignores the issue of Azerbaijanis forcibly removed from Armenia, including the destruction of their cultural heritage by Armenia. The letter we sent to US Secretary of State Antony Blinken in April of last year with a request to support our right of return has not been answered until today. However, during the past period, the US government repeatedly brought up a number of fictitious issues under the name of "human rights". Everyone knows that the current US administration remembers the topics of "human rights" and "cultural heritage" only when it is necessary to make false accusations against Azerbaijan.

We strongly condemn the racial discrimination of the current administration of the United States against Azerbaijanis and we call on them to end their biased policy at least before the end of their term of office, including to answer the letter we sent to Secretary of State Antony Blinken. In addition, we express our expectation that the participation of the West Azerbaijan Community will be ensured in the next hearings of institutions such as the US Senate, the Tom Lantos Commission on Human Rights of the Congress, and the Religious Freedom Commission, which organize various one-sided hearings on regional issues.
