Professor Sergey Panchenko, rector of the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport, has visited the office of the Azerbaijan Slavic Youth Association (ASYA) to meet its chairman Sabuhi Abbasov and share views on further development of bilateral ties. According to Abbasov, Ukraine is the strategic partner of Azerbaijan and the bilateral relations should integrate into education relations, what, in turn, have certain importance for both countries. Abbasov said ASYA is preparing for the I Forum of Association.

At the meeting, Professor Sergey Panchenko was awarded the honorary diploma of the Azerbaijan Slavic Youth Association.

Rector of the Ukrainian University spoke of the priorities of the higher education institution he heads, its staff and education achievements.
