Rain, wind to persist until June 24

Precipitation and windy weather conditions continue in some parts of the country.

Axar.az reports that this is stated in the information of the National Hydrometeorological Service as of June 22 at 9:00.

The amount of precipitation is 26 in Zagatala, 10 in Balakan, 9 in Tovuz, 4 in Gadabay, and 3 mm in Gakh (Sarybash), Sheki, Shahdag, Dashkesan, Mingachevir, Shamkir, Khinalig, Oguz, Gusar, Griz, Shabran, Ganja, Shahbuz, and Nakhchivan.

In some places, the west wind is blowing, the maximum wind speed is 22 m/s in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, and 20 m/s in Julfa.

The maximum air temperature is recorded at 31 degrees in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, 35 degrees in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, 36 degrees in the lowland regions, and 21 degrees in the mountainous regions.

The unstable weather conditions observed in the country will continue until the evening of June 24.
