"Taking into account the deliberate and extrajudicial killings and acts of violence committed by Russian law enforcement agencies against Azerbaijanis due to their ethnicity in the Yekaterinburg region of the Russian Federation and the fact that such cases have become systematic in recent times, cultural events planned to be held in Azerbaijan by state and private enterprises with Russia, including concerts, festivals, performances, exhibitions, etc., are canceled," the statement said.

It was noted that citizens who have purchased tickets can contact the relevant sales points and online platforms to return their tickets.
