37 families relocated to Aghdam’s Kangarli

In line with President Ilham Aliyev’s instructions, the Great Return to the liberated territories continues.

Axar.az informs families relocated to Aghdam’s Kangarli village were previously living in various parts of the country, mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings.

In this phase, 37 families — totaling 153 individuals — have been resettled in Kangarli.

Currently, over 43,000 people reside in Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur. Alongside the resettled former IDPs, this number includes those working on regional development projects, employees of local branches of state institutions, and staff of newly reopened healthcare, education, culture, tourism, industry, and energy facilities.
