The Leninsky District Court of Yekaterinburg has issued a ruling on Kamal Safarov, who was detained as a result of a particularly brutal operation by Russian law enforcement agencies on June 27.

Axar.az reports that the court has chosen a preventive measure of arrest for K. Safarov based on the complaint of the prosecution.

Safarov has been charged under Article 105.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

Thus, the number of Azerbaijanis arrested in Yekaterinburg has reached seven.
