Musk adopts Trump’s term 'superintelligence' for AI

Elon Musk has followed US President Donald Trump’s lead by publicly using the term “superintelligence” instead of “artificial intelligence.”

Axar.az reports that Musk has also used the term in other contexts, describing his SpaceX company as a “superintelligence company.”

“No more AI, SI, It's better,” Musk wrote on X on Sunday.

Trump signed a decree on September 30 directing US authorities to use the term “superintelligence” instead of “artificial intelligence” in official documents and public communications, arguing that the new wording better reflects the technology’s transformative potential.
