Recently, on March 31, 2024, official information was released by the Ministry of Defense about the concentration of units and combat equipment of the Armenian armed forces in different directions of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conventional border.

Axar.az reports that the Ministry of Defense said that the concentration of Armenia's troops along the conventional border and the establishment of offensive support points, the creation of long-term firing points in various directions, and the construction of fortification facilities were recorded by special technical means and visual observation at the disposal of our units.

Artillery systems, other offensive weapons, and heavy fire equipment of the Armenian armed forces are placed in the newly built reinforced concrete fortifications.

"We once again declare that any provocation by Armenia will be resolutely prevented by the Azerbaijani Army, and all responsibility for the escalation of the situation will fall on the military and political leadership of Armenia and its patrons," the statement emphasized.
