The next graduation ceremony of the "Marine Commando Basic Course" was held in the military unit of the Naval Forces, in which military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan also participated.

Axar.az was told by the Ministry of Defense that at the ceremonial ceremony, the First Deputy Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan - Chief of the General Staff of the Azerbaijan Army, Colonel-General Karim Valiyev, the First Deputy Minister of Defense of Kazakhstan - Chief of the General Staff of the Kazakh Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Sultan Kamaletdinov, as well as Turkish and Kazakh military personnel participated.

First, bouquets were arranged in front of the monument erected in memory of the martyrs in the territory of the military unit, and deep respect and reverence were shown.

At the graduation ceremony, the memory of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev and our martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the territorial integrity of our country was commemorated with a minute of silence. The national anthems of the Republics of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan were played.

The Chiefs of Staff of the Azerbaijani Army and the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan spoke at the event and noted the importance of such courses and training in the training of skilled and professional military personnel.

At the same time, the participation of marines of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan in joint exercises and demonstration of high professionalism was positively evaluated.

It was reported that a group of servicemen from all types of troops of the Azerbaijan Army, as well as aviation vehicles and warships, will participate in the operational-tactical command-staff exercise "Birlishtik-2024" to be held in Aktau, Kazakhstan this year.

The special training classes of military personnel conducted by Azerbaijani and Turkish instructors at the naval range and training center of the HDG were considered commendable.

Colonel-General K. Valiyev thanked the professional instructors for organizing and holding the course at a high level, congratulated the graduates who completed the course, and wished them success in their future work.

Then, the head of the course put an emblem on the symbolic age stump, presented certificates to the graduates, and also awarded a group of outstanding military personnel and instructors.

After the official part was over, modern weapons, combat, and transport vehicles used by marines and special forces were displayed.

In the end, special tactical exercises of naval special forces, as well as exemplary performances of divers of underwater attack and underwater defense units were watched.
