The international search and rescue exercise "Anatolian Phoenix - 2024" held in Konya, Turkiye continues.

Axar.az was informed about this by the Press Service of the Ministry of Defense (MoD).

It was reported that on the next day of the training, the participants were presented with a briefing reflecting the safety rules, the tasks to be performed and their execution sequence, the terrain, structure and climate of the area where the search and rescue operation will be carried out.

According to the plan of the exercise, a conventional enemy object was evaluated by conducting a visual observation of the area, then its convoy was ambushed and members of the terrorist group were captured.

The main goal of the training, which was attended by a group of military personnel of the Azerbaijan Army and aviation vehicles, is to improve the knowledge and skills of the military personnel, as well as to ensure mutual understanding and exchange of experience between the military personnel of the participating countries.
