The "112" hotline of the Ministry of Emergencies received information about the discovery of military ammunition by the employees of the Shahbuz district police department in Badamli settlement of Shahbuz district.

Axar.az reports that according to the information provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, pyrotechnicians of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic were immediately called to the scene.

1 F1 hand grenade and its explosive part, 11 TOZ-8 rifle shells, 10 AK-74 assault rifle combs, 2 tracer cartridges were discovered during the inspection of the scene after appropriate security measures were taken in the area together with the police officers. , 1 electrodetonator, 1 optical sight device belonging to the PDM armored fighting vehicle, 744 units 7.62 mm and 313 5.45 mm machine gun shells were found.

The ammunition was removed from the area for disposal by pyrotechnicians.

No other dangerous or suspicious items were found during the additional search at the scene and the surrounding area.
