The Kremlin said that Russia does not think peace talks on Ukraine have stalled and that it still wants to achieve its goals there through peaceful political and diplomatic means.

Axar.az reports “We need to wait for some signals from Kyiv and representatives of the regime regarding their willingness or unwillingness to enter a third round of direct negotiations. But we have repeatedly said that it would be preferable for us to achieve our goals by peaceful and diplomatic means. However, until that happens, the special military operation continues, and the realities on the ground change every day,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
