Four people were killed and 18 injured as a result of Russian Armed Forces strikes on a multi-storey building in Kharkiv.

Axar.az reports the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleh Synehubov, reported the incident.

He noted that five people are considered missing:
“According to preliminary information, they may be under the rubble.”

A day of mourning has been declared in Kharkiv following a drone attack by the Russian Armed Forces that killed five people and injured 30 civilians.

The city’s mayor, Ihor Terekhov, reported the announcement.

Oleh Synehubov, head of the regional military administration, noted that two of the deceased were children:
“Six children were injured as a result of the strike.”
