Hurricane “Erin” is rapidly approaching the U.S. East Coast from the Caribbean basin.
Axar.az, citing The Telegraph, reports that the North Carolina Governor’s Office released the statement.
The state government has increased equipment and personnel support along the coastline. Governor Josh Stein declared a state of emergency as the hurricane threat approaches. The storm, expected to grow in size and intensity, is likely to cause flooding and destruction. Citizens are advised to prepare emergency kits and be ready to follow evacuation orders if necessary.
