Putin discusses Ukraine with Erdogan: Kremlin

Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke by phone with his Turkish counterpart Tayyip Erdogan on Wednesday.

Axar.az informs, citing TASS, “During a phone call with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Russian President Vladimir Putin shared his assessment of the Russia–U.S. summit in Anchorage,” the Kremlin said.

The leaders discussed the latest developments regarding Ukraine. “The Russian side noted with satisfaction Turkiye’s assistance in facilitating negotiations between representatives of Russia and Ukraine in Istanbul,” the statement said.
