Russian President Vladimir Putin has suggested to Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico that he stop the supply of gas and electricity to Ukraine.

Axar.az reports that according to the Russian leader, such a step would force Kyiv to take into account the interests of other countries.

Putin noted that Ukraine receives a significant part of its energy resources through neighboring Eastern European countries.

"Cut off their gas supplies, electricity, and they will immediately understand that there are certain limits to behavior in the field of violating the interests of others," Putin said.
