Three crew members and 20 passengers were on board the Mi-8 helicopter that made a hard landing in Kaliningrad.

Axar.az reports, citing TASS, that the Northwestern Transport Prosecutor’s Office has launched an investigation into the incident.

According to a source at Khrabrovo Airport, the hard landing occurred due to bad weather and strong winds.

No people or equipment were harmed.
