In accordance with the 2025 bilateral military cooperation plan between the Defense Ministries of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Kazakhstan, a delegation from the Ministry of Defense of Kazakhstan paid a visit to Azerbaijan.

Axar.az reports, citing the Ministry of Defense, as part of the visit, a meeting was held between the military finance specialists of both countries.

At the meeting, held at the International Military Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Defense, the sides discussed defense expenditure planning, financing, fund accounting, the specifics of military property accounting, and the procedures for monetary allowances and salary payments.

During the meeting, the sides also conducted a broad exchange of views on a number of other issues, and questions of mutual interest were addressed.
