Zelensky warns of retaliation if Russia escalates war

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that Russia will face an immediate and tangible response if it returns to full-scale warfare against Ukraine.

Axar.az reports, on his Telegram channel, Zelensky stated that while there were no massive missile or air attacks during the day, fighting continued along the front line, including shelling, drone strikes, and more than 150 assault actions.

Zelensky also said Ukraine refrained from long-range strikes in response to the absence of large-scale Russian attacks, adding that future responses would be “in kind” if escalation resumes.
