Putin invites CIS leaders to informal summit in St. Petersburg

Russian President Vladimir Putin has invited the leaders of CIS member states to an informal summit in St. Petersburg at the end of December.

Axar.az informs he made the invitation during a limited-format meeting of the CIS Heads of State Council.

“We’ve already talked about this informally: if you find it possible, I’d be very glad to see you in Russia — as has become our tradition — in St. Petersburg at the end of the year, ahead of the New Year, for our informal meeting,” Putin said.
