Ryazan refinery hit by Ukrainian drone attack

The Ryazan Refinery has partially suspended operations after a Ukrainian drone attack. It is Russia's fourth-largest oil refinery.

Axar.az reports, citing Reuters.

It was reported that the CDU-4 refinery was urgently shut down after a fire broke out during a drone attack on October 23.

The facility has a production capacity of 80,000 barrels per day, which is about a quarter of the plant's total capacity.
