Guterres: Russia-Ukraine agreements remain incompatible

Despite the mediation of the United States, the agreements reached with Russia and Ukraine are not compatible with each other.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.

An agreement is signed with Russia, then with Ukraine, and they are not compatible with each other. Then the parties return to Russia again. I believe that we are still very far from the path to resolving the conflict," Guterres noted.
