Pakistan and Iran FM discuss regional issues by phone

The foreign ministers of Pakistan and Iran, Mohammad Ishaq Dar and Abbas Araghchi, held a telephone conversation.

Axar.az reports that this was announced by Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a post on the X platform.

According to the information, the sides discussed current regional and international issues during the call.

Araghchi thanked his counterpart for Pakistan’s consistent support for Iran, its position at the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, and for voting against the resolution related to Iran. He also expressed deep gratitude to Pakistan’s prime minister, government, and people for their solidarity.
